Jordan Brand’s "Reimagined" series continues to evolve, welcoming several original Air Jordan 1 designs as we transition from 2023 into 2024. Following the well-received "Lost & Found" and the more controversial "Royal Reimagined," the series is set to introduce its third reconceptualized OG, the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Black Toe Reimagined."

This latest iteration pays tribute to a specific pair Michael Jordan sported during his rookie season in 1984-85. While the exact game in which these shoes appeared remains unknown, their significance is highlighted by Jordan's personal touch; he autographed and gifted them to a close associate. The left shoe features MJ’s signature with the inscription “My Very Best – Michael Jordan,” the right shoe carries a heartfelt message, “My Very Best – To Brother – Love Always, Michael Jordan #23.”

Of course, the Air Jordan 1 is not the only "Reimagined" model on the roster, with 2023's Air Jordan 3 “White Cement” and 2024's Air Jordan 4 "Bred Reimagined" also adhering to the theme.

The pair will be released on October 18, 2024, 40 years to the day that the Air Jordan 1 was banned from the NBA due to uniform rules.
