The “White Cement” will also release in family sizing

This upcoming Air Jordan 5 borrows an iconic colorway from the preceding model, in another “What if” Air Jordan, not too dissimilar to the Alternates that have been a common theme over the past couple of years.

It ticks most of the boxes for the colorway, but the question here is – did we really need this? It’s very similar to the OG Silver Tongues – a shoe that retro’d only 4 years ago. I suppose we’re just picking at it – it is a nice colorway – but sometimes we want Jordan Brand to be a little more creative I suppose. In saying that, I am in need of some fresh white kicks for summer, and I am a sucker for the 5. This is a sneaker I will have to see in person before pulling the trigger.

The Air Jordan 5 “White Cement” will release August 5th at Jordan Brand retailers and online for $190.

UPDATE 07.30.17:

The “White Cement” Jordan 5 will be also releasing in GS, Preschool and Toddler sizing. These will retail at $140, $80 and $60 respectively. When family sizing becomes available, it also indicates huge release quantities for full men’s sizes, so it should be a relatively easy cop.
