One last look at the Green Gatorade 6’s

If y’all grew up in the 90’s, you’ll probably remember the “Be like Mike” Gatorade TV spots that would pop up in the halftime breaks of the NBA.

Well, in a classic Jordan Brand move, they’ve taken this influence into a sneaker, albeit a very unnecessary story to tell through sneakers.

The shoe itself is basically an Orange version of the Carmine, but with some added details that tie the shoe to the classic TVC. These include include the slogan “If I Could Be” (from the ad) stitched on the inner tongues and Gatorade branded insoles – But the dopest is its lace-locks that look like the classic Gatorade squeeze bottles.

According to zsneakerheadz, the Air Jordan 6 “Gatorade” in Green Suede is listed to be an extremely limited release. A date has yet to be revealed, but the price tag is set at $225 USD.
