Tinker’s “Safari” colorway continues to live on

Inspired by the 1987 classic.

The “Safari” colorway has been shared across many Nike favorites over the last 30 years since it first appeared on the 1987 Nike Air Safari. The original sneaker was created by Oregon legend Tinker Hatfield in a mix of Black, White, Grey, Gum and Orange and has graced sneakers from the Air Max 1 to the Nike Air Foamposite One.

Nike LeBron Soldier 11 is next on the hit list.

It comes dressed in Black, White, Atmosphere Grey and Team Orange colors, staying true to the OG release. It’s Safari print overlays add some sever contrast between the Black upper, White midsole and Gum outsole.
