May saw the surprise release of the OFF WHITE Jordan 1 “UNC” via the Nike SNKRS app — perhaps the Swoosh didn’t want a major disaster occurring again, like last year’s failed launch of the entire “The Ten” collection.

The first round of UNCs provided many more Ws than we’ve come to expect, which got a lot of people questioning if that was the only release going down. Did Nike drop all of their inventory on the one day? Unlikely. It’s more likely that production numbers have increased. Plus, tier 0 ac count holders were boasting about a June 19th release to follow, and they were right.
