    Dude got Swished.

The man they call “Swish” is back in the news, for a very JR Smith reason.

Earlier in the week he’s been under the microscope, being subject to being fined by the NBA for his “Supreme” leg tattoo. But before he coughs up any cash to the Commissioner, JR has been ordered by law to reimburse a fan for smashing up their phone.

A judge ruled that he must pay $600 to the fan, whose phone he elected to throw into a construction site after repeated attempts to snap a photo with the Cavs guard.

According to reports, Smith sharked the phone out of the fan’s hand after warning him not to take pictures of him, and after he continued to be a pest, Smith tossed the device into a neighboring work zone, damaging the phone in the process.

I would have done the same thing — just another reason why we love Earl.

But despite the incident, he’s been having fun this offseason.
