    Introduction

    By participating in this survey and giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. The competition is operated by House of Heat PTY LTD (Australia).

    Eligibility to Enter

    The competition is open to entrants aged 13 years or older. Employees of House of Heat PTY LTD and their immediate associates are excluded from the draw. By entering, you confirm your eligibility to participate and receive the prize. There is a strict limit of one entry per person. The competition is free to enter at https://hoh.news/kS5L6iKD

    How to Enter

    To enter the draw, participants must:

    1. Complete the House of Heat 2026 Community Survey in its entirety.
    2. Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey to register the entry.

    Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. House of Heat PTY LTD reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

    The Prize

    The winner will receive their choice of one (1) $250 USD StockX Gift Card or one (1) pair of "General Release" (GR) sneakers (up to a retail value of $250 USD, subject to availability in the winner's size).

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are provided.
    • The use of specific brands (e.g., StockX, Nike, Jordan) does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
    • House of Heat PTY LTD reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.

    Winner Selection & Announcement

    The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of completed survey entries. The draw will take place following the close of the survey period.

    • The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey.
    • House of Heat PTY LTD will make two attempts to contact the winner.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

    Delivery of the Prize

    For the gift card option, delivery will be digital. For the sneaker option, please allow up to 15 business days for processing and shipping once the size and model have been confirmed.

    Data Protection & Marketing

    By entering, you consent to House of Heat PTY LTD using your personal information to administer the competition and for future marketing purposes (including email newsletters). Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties. Your survey feedback will be used to improve House of Heat content, products, and app experiences.     Limitation of Liability

    House of Heat PTY LTD accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
