The BAPE STA™ Gets Three Patent Leather Makeovers on Sept. 13

A BATHING APE® is set to release a trio of new BAPE STA™ pairs as part of its Fall/Winter 2025 collection. The three offerings see classic two-tone finishes that harken back to the silhouette's debut in the early 2000s.

Donning all the design cues and shape that make up the current BAPE STA™, the newly-surfaced lineup features the iconic STA™ logo on the profiles and APE HEAD emblem debossed on the lateral heel. Each star-shaped accent on the sidewalls indulges in a contrasting tone, while surrounding panels opt for either a "Black," "White," or debut "Turquoise Blue" hue.

Silver hardware arrives at the eyelets near the tongue label, as well as in the form of APE HEAD-shaped lace dubraes. Each element elevates the BAPE® design, differing it from similar basketball-informed styles.
