Marvel & BAPE®︎ Join Forces on Another Fantastic Four BAPE STA™ Collection

A BATHING APE® is back with another Marvel collaboration, reimagining the iconic BAPE STA™ as characters from Fantastic Four.

Far from the brand's first foray into the world of comic books, the latest collection highlights Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman, Doctor Doom, and other protagonists from Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's universe, which was introduced in 1961.

The reworked BAPE STA™ sees patent leather panels around forefoot, along the tongue, and across the heel, taking on color schemes emblematic of some of the most recognizable fictional figures in pop culture. Each pair features its respective character printed on the left shoe's lateral heel, while Marvel branding is embroidered on the right shoe; previous linkups between both institutions have followed the same design choices. Basketball-informed sole units also opt for the color execution found up-top, faithfully nodding to Human Torch, Thing, and Galactus and Silver Surfer to round out the lineup.

Matching graphic t-shirts accompany each BAPE® footwear offering.
