The adidas 4D Run 1.0 Appears in “Triple Black”
Like a lot of things in life, it’s all about timing. adidas’ 4D tech arrived at a time where the market was looking to migrate from BOOST — and it was a perfect next-in-line product — but the $400+ price point wasn’t right. The expensiveness of the material only drew in the hardcore Trefoil fans, and shot down any mass-market hope the brand had for the tech; It never really caught on as they’d hoped. But again, like things in life, we should give things a second chance. And with the all-new adidas 4D Run 1.0 coming in at a respectable $220 —how can you say no? Especially to a triple black banger like this!
That is if it actually releases.
This sample pair has popped up by-way-of @ylt_r3, and has expectedly drawn some significant hype. Clearly better than any of the previously released pairs, it amazes us all as to why the Three Stripes has opted for those over this in the infant stages of the silhouette — especially when trying to remarket the tech at an affordable price point. Nonetheless, it may still make its way to market — but will it be too late?
