James Harden Trains in the adidas ADIZERO Dropset Pro

James Harden has been spotted putting in work in the adidas ADIZERO Dropset Pro, one of the brand’s latest performance models built specifically for hybrid training.

Designed to move between running and strength workouts, the shoe pairs Lightstrike Pro cushioning with integrated Energyrods for lightweight responsiveness and a stable heel-to-toe transition. A TPU heel cap adds support for heavier movements and gym sessions.

Underfoot, adidas uses a LIGHTTRAXION Continental™ rubber outsole for grip, while the engineered mesh upper incorporates CLIMACOOL technology to help with ventilation during training.

The ADIZERO Dropset Pro weighs 8.54 ounces and features a 0.27-inch midsole drop, with adidas positioning the model for athletes who regularly switch between speed work, lifting, running, and hybrid events. The silhouette was also named the 2026 Men’s Health Best Hybrid Training Shoe.

Multiple ADIZERO Dropset Pro colorways are available now through adidas and select retailers, giving the new training model a broader rollout beyond the pair recently worn by Harden.
