adidas D Rose 1 Returns in this Grey Suede “Roses” Rendition

As we promised back in October, the adidas D Rose 1 is will commence its first-ever round of retro releases — but it might be a little sooner than expected. Joining the previously-leaked “Chinese New Year” pair for January, comes this elegant “Roses” rendition,

This pair looks to pay tribute to Rose and his decade-long partnership with the Three Stripes, with embroidered roses on the medial panel, with the remainder of the upper’s build arriving in dusty grey suede. The ankle collar remains an independent GeoFit system while the tooling features PureMotion, adiPrene cushioning, SprintFrame and a Cilia traction. Red lacestays sit second from the top, with Derrick’s John Hancock riding the lateral lower ankle, and the pair is capped off with special rose graphic insoles.

At this stage a release date for the pair is unknown, but there are whispers going around that these will likely be a China-exclusive, due to his overwhelming popularity (and unit sales) in the nation.
