Two more stops added to the itinerary.

The Brand with the 3 Stripes has decked out it’s NMD silhouettes over the years with uniquely-branded heel pulls, utilizing different languages along the way. And now, adidas look to move that heel detail to the entirety of the silhouettes’ upper on this all-new NMD_R1 “City Pack,” which goes on tour in both Tokyo and Berlin.

Like the recently previewed Ultra BOOST “City Pack,” the pairs rock repetitive print in German, French, Japanese and English, with each line translating to The Brand with the 3 Stripes, as seen on countless NMD heel bands before it. “3” appears in red, and red/yellow — colors which mimic each City’s national flag — which reappears again on the outsole, tongue Trefoil motif, and heel pull detail. The EVA forefoot inserts sport the city’s three-letter codes, while the heel print reps the aforementioned The Brand with the 3 Stripes motto in the city’s respective native tongue.
