The Adidas Samba LT Gets A "Lace & Pearls" Makeover

Throughout its lifespan, the Adidas Samba has undergone numerous changes. From tweaks to its height to non-leather-and-suede materials used across its upper, updates have kept the silhouette fresh after more than 70 years.

Ahead of fall, the popular Adidas Originals offering has emerged in a black-and-pink color scheme. Not to be confused with special pairs crafted for Lionel Messi, the latest Samba features a heritage Long Tongue (LT) and lace details at the profile 3-Stripes and Achilles' heel panel. Elsewhere, the sneaker indulges in a fashion-forward touch via ribbon laces that are accompanied by removable pearl charms. Each element marries sports DNA with modern style.
