It seems that corduroy is the cloth of choice for adidas in late 2021, with the King’s Cord popping up on everything from Forum collaborations from Melting Sadness to a duo of Christmas-clad Shell Toes. Now there are two more Superstars coming capped in cord, though these are a far cry from a Christmas release.
The difference between the two colorways is merely the dye of their overlays, with one opting for aqua corduroy, and the other for bright orange. Everything else arrives in staple Superstar form, from all-white leather uppers and tongues, to mesh liners and its Shell Toe’d sole unit. Simple, huh?
