The adidas Ultra BOOST 2019 Surfaces in a Clean and Mean Neon Green

When word broke that the adidas Ultra BOOST 2019would involve a design overhaul, people were more than keen to see what would arise. With such big shoes to fill an d expectations sky-high, the pressure was on. Inevitably, people were left disappointed, hoping for another out-of-the-gate banger. Unfairly, the success of its predecessors did the 2019 in — but if you look at it objectively, it’s still one hell of a trainer. The pair splits the upper into two distinct sections; white Primeknit up top and black beneath, with the two-tones continuing onto the white BOOST midsole and black Continental rubber outsole below. Capping off the simplistic design is a flash of vivid volt on the heel counter and insoles.
