OG Post 10.30.19 // Originally reported to be a C-3PO-inspired pair for last year’s adidas x Star Wars collection, this all-Metallic Gold Ultra BOOST 2020 is actually part of the new silhouette’s mainline running category.
What can we say — the internet is a dangerous place.
The sneaker’s woven and neoprene uppers arrive in a matte metallic finish, complete with forefoot embroidery detail. Lace cages, laces, and liners all rock a similar finish, with the translucent heel clip, heel detail, and full-length BOOST midsole opting for a more metallic makeup. The only deviation from the golden palette comes from the black Continental rubber outsole.
