adidas‘ new X9000 line aims to serve sleek style and potent performance technology in equal measures. Now it’s furthering that future-first ethos with a brand-new silhouette: the X90004D.
The Futurecraft-loaded performance footwear brings an ultra-modern touch to adidas Running‘s already jam-packed assemble of futuristic offerings. This silhouette boasts a shape a construction akin to the new-to-2020 4D Run 1.0, boasting a like profile, 1-for-1 sole unit, and identical heel clip, though it relies upon a full-blown Primeknit upper that has some serious Ultra BOOST DNA. Rear pulls are extended high, but the forefoot remains low-profile for top-tier performance.
The sneaker is set to debut in three options on September 4th; a Black and Grey number, a standout Grey/Signal Orange edition, and a color-popped black beast — all of which retail for 200 bones next Friday. Take a look at each colorway here below, and if you’re planning on picking up a pair next week, make sure you set yourself a reminder right here on our dedicated adidas Release Dates Calendar.
Elsewhere under the adidas umbrella, the YEEZY 380 “Onyx” has been unveiled ahead of it’s Black Friday release.
