The simplistic alternative (and that’s saying something) to the Yung-1, the trend-riding Yung-96 has had an extremely fast progression since it landed. Offering up more playful colorways than its counterpart, it became an ultra-popular sneaker for the Three Stripes and briskly launched into an all-new Chasm range, which included modified panel sets and new materials. Now the Trefoil brand has retooled that with a heavy-duty trail-made outsole for a new addition to the product line dubbed the adidas Yung-96 Chasm Trail (a mouthful, I know)
The debut colorways arriving in a very hiker-friendly olive and orange and a dark navy “Legend Ink” and Scarlet. The former engulfing the entirety of the sneaker in tonal hues from the sole unit to the upper. Orange embellishments arrive only on the mesh underlay paneling and lateral ankle branded bubble, ensuring just enough hi-vis for your trail trek. The Legend Ink pair mimics the tonal makeup, with light grey underlays and quick pops of scarlet at the lateral heel and around the lacing system.
