With New Balance once again taking out Hypebeast’s sneaker brand of the year, why wouldn’t you want to cash in on their popularity? Well, adidas will do just that by applying their signature greyscale hues — and material for that matter — across this all-new adidas ZX 8000 “Grey”

Here we see the staple silhouette gearing up in New Balance-staple grey mesh, suede, leather, and nylon, all completely in tonal grey hues. It’s mesh toebox and grey suede are the most reminiscent of the NB lineage — and even the grey leather midfoot Three Stripes are framed in white, a-la New Balance’s signature midfoot “N”. All of this rests atop a sail midsole, and black rubber outsole – again a staple of New Balance releases from the past three decades.
