adidas ZX Alkyne to Debut in Four Fresh Colorways for Summer

A couple of weeks ago we announced here the upcoming release of the new Three Stripe silhouette .the adidas ZX Alkyne by-way-of an impending “Animal Pack”, but to our surprise and beating the wild duo to the punch is a new four-pronged release that is expected to be the official first introduction to the new trefoil innovation.

First we have tonal mauve layers across the varying textiles, with a pink-blue iridescent trim that is also semi-translucent in appearance. Fresh lavender overlays at the toe, forefoot and ankle add some intrigue, while a simplistic black and white sole unit sits underneath. Next up we are presented with a Summer staple in crisp all-over whites paired with a similar blue-purple-translucent iridescent finish at the Three Stripes. This pair is completed with an identical sole unit to that of the first. Thirdly, in stark contrast to its siblings, comes a pair decked out in tonal hyper-green hues — from the sole to the tongue the in your face glowing complexion touches every inch. Last but certainly not least, we have in front of us an all-black upper that color blocks all textiles used in the upper deck of the shoe, underfoot however we have a green midsole unit and black and yellow outer sole. Completing the fourth installment is yellow branding and text located on the tongue.

We’re still waiting on official release details to arrive, but we are expecting pairs to land on adidas.comin the coming weeks.
