AriZona and adidas Originals are Back for a Continental Vulc Capsule

AriZona Iced Tea and adidas Originals hold two titles this year; the most unique sneaker collaboration and the wildest release of 2019. Sure, a 99-cent Ice Tea brand collaborating with adidas is hella left field. But when their NYC pop-up that offered the sneakers for the drinks MSRP of 99 cents, all hell broke loose. NYPD had to shut the shit down due to overwhelming demand. But now the two strange bedfellows are back with a four-pack of Continental Vulcs and accompanying adilette slides — but unfortunately, these won’t be in the 99-cent bin.

Each design — two leather and suede pairs for men, and two leather and canvas options for women — honors the bargain tea company’s signature color palette and graphics from their flavorsome options. From minimalistic embroidered motifs to cherry blossom and southwestern prints, each pair is undeniably delicious. Each pair offers up AriZona text logo in place of the standard adidas branding on the lateral eyestays and stamps another logo on the heel as well, while a trifecta of lace options allows you to create your own flavor.

Each pair will release on August 17th at SNS for a whopping 80 to 100x higher than their first capsule (talk about a price hike!) But they’re still cheap as chips, ranging from $80 to $100 a pop.
