atmos Pink Adorns the Women's Adidas Stan Smith Lo Pro in Lace
Over the last two decades, Adidas Originals has tapped Japan's atmos empire to bring the retailer's effortless cool to a variety of products. Ahead of fall, the Three Stripes has partnered with atmos Pink to create an elevated take on the Women's Stan Smith Lo Pro.
Reminiscent of Wales Bonner's recent Karintha Lo collaboration, the newly-surfaced style features a thin sole and fashion-forward upper construction. Traditional leather is replaced with a bevy of lace material, which takes over most of the top-half. The fine fabric opts for a predominantly "Core Black" finish, although lace flowers across the shoe favor a contrasting "Footwear White" hue. The same color takes over branding on the tongue and Achilles' heel, as well as the embroidery that follows the Adidas Stan Smith's standard 3-Stripes-shaped perforations on the profiles.
atmos Pink's team adds eye-catching pearl details to the center of each lace flower, elevating the old school tennis model. The inner lining is constructed from leather which is sure to mold to the wearer's foot to create a personalized, comfortable ride. Additional sets of satin laces are provided with the shoe to further enable a feminine aesthetic. Lastly, a "Designed in Japan" label appears on the shoe, cementing atmos' place in the project.
Neither firm Adidas.com nor atmos Pink release details have been disclosed by either party yet, but that's expected to change soon. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the lace-covered Stan Smith Lo Pro by atmos Pink ahead.
