After months of speculation following its unexpected debut in Bad Bunny’s “BOKeTE” music video, Adidas has officially confirmed that the artist’s first true signature model — the BADBO 1.0 — will release in Spring/Summer 2026.
The sneaker initially surfaced in April, with glimpses appearing throughout visuals tied to his DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS album cycle. While details were scarce at the time, it was clear the silhouette was something entirely new—a bold mid/high-top design with visible basketball influences and design cues reminiscent of the Adidas EQT series.
Rather than leaning on traditional Three Stripe branding, the BADBO 1.0 features a winged midfoot support system that doubles as a lace lockdown setup, marking a stylistic departure from past collaborations like the Forum Low or Response CL.

The rollout won’t stop at lifestyle models either. Several cleated versions of the BADBO 1.0 are also planned for 2026, opening the door for the design to hit the field as well as the stage. It’s another indication that Adidas is all-in on Benito as a signature athlete-artist hybrid.
Expect the BADBO 1.0 to headline Adidas’ Spring/Summer 2026 calendar, with more detailed looks and early seeding likely ahead of next year’s launch window.
