Bad Bunny’s adidas BadBo 1.0 rollout continues this fall, with the Puerto Rican superstar’s first true signature sneaker now set to arrive in a clean “Night Navy” colorway on September 15.
Following earlier looks at the model through music videos, exhibits, seeded pairs, and limited launches, the “Night Navy” edition gives the BadBo 1.0 one of its most wearable finishes yet. The pair leans into layered blue tones, combining deep navy suede overlays with lighter blue paneling across the upper. Soft mint and pale blue underlays add contrast, while cream-colored rope laces and an aged midsole bring the design back into familiar Bad Bunny x adidas territory.
The silhouette itself remains one of the more unusual adidas Originals designs in recent memory. Built with a mid-cut structure, the BadBo 1.0 blends elements of basketball, training, and archival adidas language, while its wing-like side panels double as part of the lace lockdown system. Instead of relying heavily on traditional Three Stripes branding, the shoe carries a custom Bad Bunny identity throughout, including co-branded tongue hits and his signature eye logo embroidered at the heel.
This “Night Navy” pair also retains the model’s slightly offbeat energy. The padded tongue, oversized collar, and curved panel layout give it a different rhythm than Benito’s past Forum, Campus, or Response CL projects, helping position the BadBo 1.0 as a standalone signature rather than another remix of an existing adidas classic.
The Bad Bunny x adidas BadBo 1.0 “Night Navy” is currently expected to release on September 15. More release details should surface soon.
