Though we’re still waiting on his third iteration of the Forum Buckle, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny is already looking to extend his collaborative partnership with adidas atop the brand’s favorite link-up silhouette. Unveiled by way of social media, a first look at the Bad Bunny x adidas ZX 8000 “Ice Cream” has appeared, bringing with it some colorful flair the rapper is known for.

Though it’s more aligned with the just-revealed “Candyverse” ZX 10/8, the pair presents with panels in ice cream colors, each melting on top of the next. The dripping effect stars out on the multi-panel upper of peaches and cream of nylon and leather, whilst the silhouettes traditional suede overlays work from pink at the toe, to blue at the midfoot, and back to pink at the heel — each liquefying down to a lower profile — and even onto the midsoles via some create plastic placements. The eyestay overlays pop in patent pink, with a golden yellow clip matched at the heel, toe, and Three Stripe piping. The latter is whipped up in orange to counter the heel, and the pair is completed by a simple white and blue sole unit beneath.
