Disney x adidas Ultra BOOST Celebrates 100 Year Anniversary of the Animation Studio

From Mickey Mouse to Buzz Lightyear, Disney has truly reached to infinity and beyond. Founded back in 1923 by Walt and Roy Disney, the company pioneered animated features, and remains one of the biggest entertainment producers in the world. 2023 will see the company celebrate the one-century milestone, and they will undoubtedly be celebrating in style. Merchandising the event in part is adidas, one of many officially-licensed manufacturers under the Disney umbrella, who will kick off proceedings with a special-edition Disney x adidas Ultra BOOST “100 Years” later this month.

This ladies-exclusive release features a few callouts the occasion, with co-branded tongue tags, illustrated insoles, and Mickey’s famous three-circle mark worked into the toe box. Elsewhere, the pair sees simple yet striking finishes, with light grey mesh met by chrome silver overlays and a handful of pink splashes, too. A clean white BOOST midsole and black rubber outsole then round out the design.
