First Looks at the Star Wars x adidas Crazy 1

adidas have something special planned for the new Star Wars: Episode IX “The Rise of Skywalker” film that premieres later this year on December 20th — an upcoming Basketball Collection including the Crazy 1 (AKA “The Kobe”) and the Dame 5.

Today we get a first look at the former Kobe-branded sneaker, which comes dressed in a brutal black and red palate, arriving primarily in the former. A high-gloss pattern overlay streaks down the sneakers sides, with quick flashes of red arriving on the outsole and liner. Black midsoles come pieced together around a splash of silver in the midfoot, which is also reflected in the pair’s 3M laces. Finishing off the design is the Galactic Empire motif on the tongue and co-branded insoles.

In addition to the footwear, there will also be two-piece clothing pack that will also be retailing; a pullover for $65 USD and a long sleeve top for $40 USD.

As for the sneakers, the Star Wars x adidas Crazy 1 “Galactic Empire” will be arriving in time for the feature film, sometime during the Fall/Winter of 2019 at select retailers and adidas.com for $135.
