Hartcopy Brings Red Polka Dots to the adidas Adizero Evo SL Running Shoe

The legend of the adidas Adizero Evo SL continues to grow. Despite having launched in October 2024, the performance silhouette continues to remain relevant amongst hardcore athletes and casual consumers alike. Singapore-based sneaker chronicler Hartcopy is contributing to the model's prolonged moment in the spotlight.

Having previously reworked the BW Army in an understated ensemble, the independent team has gone bold with its second-ever footwear project with the Three Stripes. On a base level, Hartcopy's Adizero Evo SL is simply a white-and-black version of the popular runner, but an asymmetrical execution and series of large, red polka dots across the upper differentiate the sneaker from any inline offering.

Netizens have already expressed that the shoe evokes images of both Yayoi Kusama's work and the Tour de France KOM (King of the Mountains) Jersey (Maillot à Pois Rouges) given the all-over dots. Lateral sides abandon any 3-Stripes branding in favor of simply showcasing the aforementioned red circles and Hartcopy logos on the heel. The medial profile sees adidas logos overlaid atop signature polka dots. Adizero text on the tongue is underlined with Hartcopy's touch; the detail also appears on the outsole.

Enjoy detailed shots of the latest Evo SL collaboration below. Neither party involved has disclosed whether or not a public adidas.com launch will take place at some point. It's very possible Hartcopy only releases/gifts limited pairs through community-oriented efforts.
