Specially Made for Human Made.
There’s some palpable anticipation growing after Nigo’s HUMAN MADE imprint made its debut collaboration with adidas earlier this year in the form of the SOLARHU Glide running shoe. It appears that this partnership will continue on at least through the Fall/Winter 2019 season as a first look at a second HUMAN MADE x adidas NMD Hu design has appeared, following on from the previously peeped white and blue rendition.
Like that pair, the red rocks a crisp white upper and black soles, with red replacing the blue hits on the laces and heart logo embroidered onto the fore-foot of the shoes. Based on the Friends and Family edition of the aforementioned runner, it’s possible that a blue alternate version is also in production as an exclusive release in Japan. While we appreciate the clean nature of the design, it would’ve been a fun nod to see the brand’s name boldly printed like the previous HUMAN RACE editions created by Pharrell back in 2016.
