Jalen Williams is set to open the 2025 NBA season by debuting a new mismatched adidas Harden Vol. 9 PE for the Thunder’s Championship Ring Ceremony. The pair — one gold, one white — was designed to mirror the night’s celebration, highlighting both the team’s accomplishment and Williams’ growing role within adidas Basketball.
The adidas Harden Vol. 9 “Championship Ring Ceremony” PE features a split design that contrasts the two shoes while keeping the model’s sculpted, futuristic lines intact. The left shoe comes dressed in full metallic gold, extending across the molded overlays and outsole, while the right flips the scheme with a white patent base and gold detailing through the grooves. Each pair includes yellow pull tabs printed with Williams’ hand-sign logo and gold embroidery on the lace shroud, tying the design back to Jalen’s personal branding.
Williams’ partnership with adidas continues to strengthen as he establishes himself as a key figure in the brand’s performance lineup. His steady rotation of player-exclusive pairs showcases his connection to adidas’ creative direction, blending bold color choices with detailed storytelling. As one of the brand’s most prominent young athletes, Williams’ on-court presence and sneaker selection have become integral to adidas Basketball’s next era.
Though the “Championship Ring Ceremony” PE is not slated for retail release, it exemplifies adidas’ focus on crafting narrative-driven designs for its athletes. For Williams, the mismatched pair marked not only the beginning of a new season but also another milestone in his growing relationship with the Three Stripes.
