When the Adidas Samba debuted in 1949, it had a single mission: to deliver reliable traction for those playing football on icy fields. Since then, the silhouette has undergone several updates, and has become a go-to option for a variety of different folks.
To welcome July, Adidas Originals has developed two new styles of one of the brand's oldest silhouettes. The pairs are exclusively for Kids and feature color-shifting, iridescent profile 3-Stripes logos. The detail couples with "Core Black" and "Footwear White" backdrops across the two styles, creating versatile, classic looks. T-shaped toes opt for their traditional suede builds, while the sole units underfoot take on different shades of gum brown. The results are two Youth offerings that further showcase the old school performance model's firm standing within the world of fashionable lifestyle footwear.
Enjoy official photos of the iridescent stripes-donning Sambas ahead. Pairs should release via Adidas.com soon for $80 each.
