Kith Serves Up a Trio of Classic Adidas Tennis Shoes for Summer
Kith Classics is back at it with adidas Originals, serving up a fresh collaboration that serves as a nod to iconic tennis moments. This season, they're setting the court on fire by reinterpreting three signature tennis shoes: the Rod Laver, IL Comp, and Torsion Edberg.
This collection takes us on a journey through tennis history, with each shoe capturing the essence of its respective era. What ties them together? Striking royal blue details and an unmistakable Kith for adidas Originals co-branding.

The Rod Laver, named after the legendary Australian tennis pro, is elegant in shoe form. Its knitted mesh upper and pigskin nubuck overlays embody a refined simplicity synonymous with the sport's early days.
On the other end of the spectrum is the Torsion Edberg. A homage to the Swedish tennis maestro Stefan Edberg, it packs a punch with its bold, detail-rich design. It flaunts a full-grain leather upper complemented by pigskin nubuck overlays, capturing the essence of a time when tennis wear made statements.
Rounding off the trio is the IL Comp. This silhouette debuted in 1985 and balances court performance with off-court style. The design, boasting a knitted mesh upper set off by full-grain leather overlays, effortlessly transitions from game sets to city streets.
