Back in March, the English Premier League's Liverpool FC announced that it was leaving Nike, Inc. in favor of Adidas as its kit manufacturer. The initial deal's term would be 10 years and would begin on Friday, Aug. 1. The date has arrived and "the Reds" delivered on their promise: the club's 2025-26 Home and Away jerseys—as well as Pre-Match/Anthem and training gear—are here.

For the uninformed, this isn't the first time Liverpool Football Club rock the Three Stripes. From 1985 to 1996, and then from 2006 to 2012, the Merseyside institution wore Adidas on the pitch, with the latter era seeing some of the team's most successful runs. Steven Gerard, Fernando Torres, and Xabi Alonso were with the club during this time, helping it acquire three top-flight domestic league titles and three FA Cup Finals.

Arne Slot's men have their work cut out for them, but regardless of this EPL campaign's results, Liverpool will be in fresh new gear that oozes an elegant, retro look.

The club's 25/26 Home Jersey features a dark strawberry red color scheme across its state-of-the-art HEAT.RDY build (Authentic version), celebrating Liverpool's DNA in the purest form. Contrasting 3-Stripes running down the sleeves opt for a white tone. A Liver Bird crest is embroidered onto the chest's left side, while Adidas' modern logo appears on the right. White piping near the crew-neck collar evokes images of the late 2000s, while the bespoke ribbed cuffs complete an aesthetic worthy of LFC's legacy.

By contrast, Liverpool's 25/26 Away shirt continues a trend of off-white being used for the club's second jersey. A v-neck collar is complemented with black-and-red accents, which also land across the shoulders and sleeves. The English side's Liver Bird appears inside a shield, which draws inspiration taking inspiration from the original main stand at Anfield stadium. This detail is from 1906, infusing the club's long history into its modern products.

"This is more than just the launch of a new kit—it marks the beginning of a 10-year relationship for LFC and [A]didas," said Ben Latty, Chief Commercial Officer at Liverpool FC. "Since announcing the partnership in March, there’s been a huge sense of anticipation and excitement. This first collection sets the tone for seasons to come."

In addition to the Home and Away shirts, Adidas has prepped a Pre-Match jersey, Z.N.E. football Anthem jacket, training gear, and a special edition Samba trainer. The Pre-Match top references the iconic Shankly Gates seen outside Anfield, while the Anthem jacket simply delivers a rich strawberry red presentation; YNWA messaging appears on the hood, nodding to Liverpool's famous "You'll Never Walk Alone" anthem. The Adidas Samba also references this message, and dons red 3-Stripes branding. The Liver Bird crest sits on the tongue.

The renewed Liverpool FC x Adidas partnership kicks off today, Aug. 1, with over a dozen products. Items are now available via Adidas.com/Liverpool_FC. Prices range from $30 for a DNA Graphic Tee to $160 for an Adult's Authentic Home Long Sleeve or Authentic Away Longe Sleeve.

Enjoy campaign photos of the items ahead, featuring some of Liverpool's current squad and past legends.
