Lionel Messi might be one of the biggest figures in the 2026 FIFA World Cup™, but his influence has transcended football.
Today, as the Argentina national football team gets ready to debut at this year's summer tournament, adidas Golf has unveiled a special-edition spikeless CODECHAOS golf shoe inspired by Messi's football boots of choice for the global competition: the "El Último Tango" F50.
Designed to commemorate what will surely be the Argentine superstar's "Last Dance" at the 2026 World Cup™, the adidas F50 has been accompanied by an expansive range of products also done in the colors of Argentina's flag. Football footwear and apparel makes sense, but a BOOST-cushioned golf shoe less so.

The limited-edition CODECHAOS pair sees a bulk of the design elements found on Messi's "El Último Tango" F50 boots, which reference 2006's F50.6 TUNIT silhouette that the footballer wore during his World Cup™ debut. Tooling, however, is completely different on the golf model to accommodate for the green. Hits of "Ivory/Gold Metallic/Semi Blue Burst" tones, however, work with Messi branding to further expand the reach of one of football's greatest players of all-time.
Enjoy detailed photos of the Messi-inspired golf product ahead. Pairs are scheduled to launch via adidas.com on Wednesday, June 17, for $250.
