adidas and Parley Link Up on a Platform Nizza Hi

First launched in 1974, the adidas Nizza — the German translation of the French coastal city of Nice — has since become a staple streetwear silhouette and one that’s not shy in experimentation and pushing boundaries. It’s also been a notable inclusion in adidas’ mission to better the Earth. Now the Three Stripe’s long-term partners in sustainability add their recycled flair to a special pair of Parley x adidas Nizza Hi.

Honoring ocean activists, the Parley x adidas Nizza Hi is not only made from recycled materials (50% of the upper is textile, 75% of the textile is Primeblue yarn) in colors that give a subtle nod to their diving suits. You’ll see countless colorful threads packed into the upper and tongue, visible only through a semi-translucent sheath shell. The platform outsole takes the basketball-inspired silhouette to new heights; A reminder to rise up.
