Pharrell Williams will return with a brand new adidas model for 2022 — one which is based upon the design lines of the all-new adidas NMD S1 — dubbed the adidas Hu NMD S1 RYAT.
Revealed late last year in a sleek white and soft-hued debut scheme, Skateboard P’s sophomore effort gets a little more adventurous in an outdoor-inspired aesthetic. The pair is anchored down by an unadulterated NMD S1 sole unit, here in tan-brown, hi-vis orange, and volt stops a solid black rubber outsole. These colors will return above the fold, with the upper half’s boot-like build, starting with neutral ballistic mesh upper and tongue, hard and soft perforated overlays. Both premium and utilitarian touches are on deck, like soft leather liners, and boot-inspired laces. Pharrell’s Hu reflexology insoles are stowed inside in a striking volt hue to complete the design.
