Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu “Animal Print” Appears in Amber and Gold

Pharrell’s NMD Hu has enjoyed a second wave of popularity over the past year and a half, with a return to regional and event-exclusive releases, alongside a handful of collaborations with BBC, thrusting new life into the silhouette after a brief hiatus from the market. Recently, Skateboard P unveiled something a little out of left-field, with a bright orange animal print effort reminiscent of Fred Flinstone’s iconic get-up (to surprising success.) It now appears that said release will not be a solo effort, with an alternate option readying for release this week: Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu “Animal Print” in “Amber”

Sporting the same cheetah-like spots, adidas opts to layer them atop a soft peach upper whilst keeping orange and green in play at the laces and liners. Bold blues are then introduced by-way-of the heel overlays and caging, with amber-painted midsoles and black rubber outsoles rounding out the design.
