Outside of the adidas Originals line, the biggest buzz for the brand has surely been about their newest NMD_S1 design, a silhouette that saw a major overhaul for the series for the first time in its short history. With the debut releases drumming up considerable hype, adidas will aim to keep the ball rolling through a handful of select collaborative partnerships, from premium luggage manufacturers RIMOWA, to creative Philllllthy. Now they’re tapping one of their big-name long-term partners, with Pharrell’s Humanrace lineage next to design their own NMD S1.
The result of this collaboration is the NMD S1 MAHBS, a sneaker that not only boasts style but also puts eco-conscious design at the forefront with its unique hemp-constructed upper.
This exclusive release offers a quartet of distinct colorways, all anchored by a versatile beige base. The light beige transitions seamlessly into a deeper fawn at the forefoot, creating a captivating visual contrast. Accents of pink, mint, chocolate, and sail paint the four pairs respectively, giving each their own distinct character.
All four captivating colorways of the NMD S1 MAHBS will be released on adidas.com on November 27, priced at $230 each.
