RECOUTURE Return with Two More adidas Campus 80s

Repair and restoration shop RECOUTURE is known for its outstanding refurbishments of sneakers and other garments. Now, after a late 2019 effort with adidas, and a surprise effort with Mita earlier this year, Shun Hirose returns with another two options of his “mistake” Campus 80s.

Conceptually, both pairs follow the same convention of suede panels going over the edge to wrap the lateral midsole, and also beneath the medial eyestays. Contrasting to their most recent, ultra-colorful release, these two revet back to the most basic of basics. A staple black and white option is as heritage adidas as it gets, while the other opts for a tonal arrangement in light tan and cream.

Though no release date for the duo has appeared, official imagery suggests that a release shan’t be too far away — now confirmed for November 21st.
