adidas Originals is doubling down on its widely popular use of patterned faux pony hair footwear. The brand’s latest efforts arrive in the form of a duo of camo-covered Sambas.
Similar to the “Deer Print” Collection, the newly-surfaced pairs deliver an elevated, fashion-forward aesthetic. Two different takes on military-inspired camouflage appear across the latest adidas Samba makeovers, offering a traditional green-and-brown look, as well as a less common off white-and-brown option. The Three Stripes breathes new life into its decades-old design via the camo sneakers—a style likely to appear across other products throughout autumn.
Faux pony hair uppers are accompanied by cream-colored 3-Stripes branding on the profiles, as well as contrasting tongues and Achilles’ heel panels. The darker-colored Samba of the duo arrives with pink laces and insoles, bringing an eye-catching touch to the muted color scheme. Its lighter counterpart features a pastel green across laces and inner lining that also provides a pop of color atop the seasonal makeover.

Below, classic brown-colored gum sole units round out both options.
An official adidas.com release date for both camo-covered styles is unknown, but the Samba duo should launch by November.
