Sean Wotherspoon and adidas continue on their merry way with the collaborative partnership, this time looking to pair a lesser-loved silhouette with one of the most beloved cartoon characters in film history.
The Sean Wotherspoon x Disney x adidas Superturf Adventure “Jiminy Cricket” pays homage to the comical character from the 1940 Disney film Pinocchio, decking out the trail trainer in vegan materials and hues that match the insect’s attire. Details amount to many, but include purple corduroy uppers, orange, tan, and teal overlays, and pops of cricket green to boot. A graphic of Jiminy Cricket is embroidered onto each tongue, while Sean Wotherspoon’s signature branding appears on the cork insoles and removable tongue pouch. The pair is then completed by a simple white adiPRENE midsole and pine green trail outsole underfoot.
