South Africa's Football Association (SAFA) is the latest institution to rock Adidas gear in time for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ tournament hosted across North America.

The news arrives just as "Bafana Bafana" (Zulu for "the boys, the boys" and a nickname for the Men's National Team) has secured its spot in the global event after besting Rwanda.

South Africa and the Three Stripes are no strangers to one another. The German sportswear juggernaut outfitted the African side between 1999 and 2010. Bafana Bafana wore Adidas kits in the 2002 and 2010 World Cup™ tournaments, the latter which it hosted. Hugo Broos, the team's manager, is currently tasked with getting his men past the Group Stages for the first time in the organization's history.

Fans can expect a range of apparel and accessories—including on-pitch jerseys and travel capsules—from the new South Africa x Adidas Football partnership beginning on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. All items are expected to release via Adidas.com.
