Another day, another Chinese New Year Sneaker, this time Three Stripe fans have more to cheer about, with adi’s Dame 5 next in line.
The Chinese New Year edition of Damian Lillard’s fifth signature sneaker arrives with an all-red leather upper and matching red sole unit, and it’s contrasted by black sock ankle collars, tongues, tabs and laces. The pops on black contrast continue on the midsole and overlay, printed in abstract patterns. The design is signed off with a singular Chinese character on the heel tabs.
A release date for the adidas Dame 5 “CNY” is still to be confirmed, but you can expect pairs to hit select adidas hoops retailers and adidas.com later this month.
