In Early October, Xbox announced its global partnership with adidas in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Xbox along with an ultra-exclusive original Xbox-inspired Forum Tech that honored the OG Halo packaging. Now the two big names set their sights on its biggest-selling console (at 85.5 million units, no less) for a follow-up Forum Mid “Xbox 360”
The silhouette’s colorway is overhauled to a near-perfect resemblance of the brighter white console, with white leathers reminiscent of the chassis — complete with perforated air vents on the medial side. There’s also metallic silver finished as the strap that directly references the disc drive, whilst deep greys around the tongue and liner look to the Box’s removable hard drive. There are chrome and green Xbox insignia on the lateral ankle in place of the Trefoil, power-up buttons on the outsoles, and four extra sets of colored laces that honor the controller ABXY buttons.
