Leaked back in November of 2020, the YEEZY 500 High “Frost Blue” (then-titled Frozen Blue) has arguably been the most anticipated colorway since the silhouette’s inception — despite not being sighted. Why then, would a mysterious colorway be so hyped? Color; The thing that’s frequently been absent from YEEZY drops for the past five years. Today, thanks to YEEZY Mafia, we finally get a first look at the pair, and it’s certainly lived up to expectations.

Anchored in the titular blue hue at its nylon upper, the pair presenters with tonal suede and leather overlays at the rear, and faded blue midsoles beneath. The rest of the sneaker indulges in warm cream hues, with nylon tongues, laces, eyelet and forefoot suedes, and outsoles all sporting shades of the contrasting color.
