Awake NY Reveal Two Metallic ASICS GEL-Kayano 5 360 Collabs

Former Supreme brand director and multihyphanate creative Angelo Baque’s Awake NY has just given us a sneak peek at their collaborative take on two ASICS GEL-Kayano 5 360s. Baque’s takes take a step back from the brand’s typical bold color palettes — but has still pumped out two striking renditions. First up for the hybrid runner/lifestyle silhouette is a bold metallic gold finish paired with black suede overlays and GEL sole units, with the second pair made up in metallic silver and mint green suede. Both pairs arrive with a bevy of reflective accents and speckled laces. Co-branding hits the profile ankle panels, with Awake NY’s recognizable script logo riding the media, and ASICS on the lateral, with the former popping up again, debossed on the lateral side of the toe overlay.
