Kith x ASICS Gel-Lyte V “Salmon Toe” and “Leather Back” Releases on Black Friday

Ronnie Fieg isn’t done celebrating Kith’s 10-year anniversary, with the retailer’s founder announcing a special celebratory project with ASICS for Thanksgiving.

Earlier this week, Fieg announced that there are two new Kith x ASICS Gel-Lyte V collabs on the way to commemorate the store’s decade-long run, and will be gifting the very first pairs to those who have previously supported the brand. Ronnie stated on to fans who still currently own a pair of the grailified “Salmon Toe,” “Salmon Toe 2.0,” and/or “Leather Back” Gel-Lyte 3s, to reply on the post with a picture of the shoe, today’s date, and email. Then, Kith will email the participants to a Zoom panel next week where attendees will receive a ‘gift.’

That gift was, of course, the new “Salmon Toe” and “Leather Back” Kith x ASICS Gel-Lyte V sneakers, which have now been confirmed for a retail release on Black Friday (Nov. 26) at Kith.com and at Kith retail locations.
