The TroubleSmile x ASICS GEL-Kahana TR V4 Arrives August 16 in China
ASICS continues its impressive streak in the sneaker market, revitalizing archived designs and introducing compelling new models, like the recent GEL-Kahana TR V4. Now ASICS has teamed up with the Chinese fashion label TroubleSmile for a vibrant, collaborative iteration of the silhouette, a release exclusive to the region.
This partnership infuses the sneaker with an audacious aesthetic that includes a striking mix of yellow and orange flame graphics enveloping the base. These fiery visuals are complemented by metallic silver overlays that add a dynamic contrast layer.
Further distinguishing this model are the unique design choices, such as the bright orange terrycloth tongue, which replaces the conventional leather for a more textured look and feel. The shoe's rugged appeal is enhanced by a dusted, ashy grey finish on the midsole and the inclusion of practical pull laces for easy adjustment.
A standout feature is the conspicuous yellow TroubleSmile tags that proudly display on the lateral sides, marking this as a must-have for collectors and fashion-forward consumers alike.
Scheduled to release on August 16th exclusively at the ASICS Chengdu store, the TroubleSmile x ASICS GEL-Kahana TR V4 is not currently confirmed for a wider global launch.
