Flip the track, bring the old school back.

When Instagram’s Mr. Unloved 1s himself puts on a request to the HOUSE OF HEAT concept lab, how could we say no?

As an advocate for the Air Jordan 1, Mr. Unloved has, like many, called for a full return of 1985’s OG “Metallic Pack” (pictured below) which includes seven white-based colorways; Purple, Burgundy, Green, Black, Red, Navy and Orange. We’ve recently seen the return of the Red and Navy in true OG form, but we still patiently await the 7-piece pack’s full return.

But speaking with Kenneth (Mr. Unloved) over the course of the past few months, we thought it would be cool to see a flipped collection of patent leather-based options which encompass the seven colorful options, because, well, we probably won’t see the OG’s full return any time soon, and we’ve got a taste for patent leather finishes (exhibit A: Our Concept Air Jordan 1 OG Patent Pack here)
